Omegas: The omega-3 fatty acids EPA (1050mg) and DHA (350mg) are sourced from wild anchovies, sardines, mackerel, and herring. They are from sustainably-managed fisheries and meet high standards of quality and purity. EPA and DHA have been shown to increase the skin’s sunburn threshold, improve the skin barrier function, and are anti-inflammatory.
Carotenoids + Antioxidants: Carotenoids play an important role as antioxidants protecting the skin against free radicals formed by environmental and physiological stressors. They cannot be synthesized by the body and must be supplied by external means such as diet. Lutein and zeaxanthin have been shown to positively affect skin by increasing the skin’s defense against free radicals generated by UV exposure. They also support skin hydration and elasticity/firmness.

INGREDIENTS AND USAGE
Directions: For adults 19+. Oral use. Shake. Take 1 tsp daily.
Medicinal ingredients: Fish oil, borage oil, vitamin D, lutein, zeaxanthin
Non-medicinal ingredients: Natural grapefruit and tangerine flavours, sunflower oil, phospholipids, canola oil, tocopherols (derived from non-GMO soy), medium chain triglycerides, ascorbic acid, monk fruit extract.
